Saudi Arabia Visas

The Saudi Arabia Visa is mandatory for outsiders who visit the country for a temporary stay. The Visas to Saudi Arabia are of different types, depending upon the reason of the visit. In addition to the Visa, one might require many supplementary documents depending upon the nationality of the individual. It is necessary for the applicant of the Saudi Arabia Visa to complete the Visa Application form. In case, the application form remains incomplete, the processing of the Visa will be halted.

The mandatory information on the Saudi Arabia Visa Application form includes the expiration date of the applicant's passport, the place name and the date of the issue of the passport and of course the name of the applicant. The name should be written so as to match the exact spelling of the applicant's name on the passport.

Saudi Arabia Business Visa FEES.

Saudi Arabia Validity: The visa stay period starts from the first day of entry into Saudi within the visa's valid dates.

Processing Time: 5 Working Days

Stay Permitted: Length of stay is printed on visa issued by the Embassy.

Requirements for Saudi Arabia Business Visas

• Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
• 1 Form (original only)
• 2 x Passport Sized Photographs (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background -IMPORTANT!
• An Electronic Authorisation Number from the Saudi ministry of foreign affairs, usually obtained by the sponsor in Saudi
• UK Company Business Support Letter

Requirements for Saudi Arabia Umrah Visas

• One application form, duly completed and signed by the applicant.
• Two passport-sized photographs.
• The passport should be in order and valid for at list 6 months.
• Visa applications should be dealt with only through a Hajj &  Umra visa provider
• A meningitis immunisation certificate. (Pilgrims must have their immunisation at least ten days before travelling)
• Children aged one year and over and traveling on a parent's passport must have their photograph affixed to the passport and endorsed by the authority concerned. Their photograph must also be affixed to the application form.
• All females should be accompanied by a Mohram, either the husband, father, uncle, adult son, brother or nephew. The accompanying Mohram must be at least 16 years old.
• All non-UK passport holders must have permanent residency in the UK.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• A minimum of 24 hours is required to process the visa.
• Lodging of passports: from 9.00 A.M. until 12.00 noon. Monday to Friday (inclusive).
• Collection of processed passports: From 3.00 P.M. until 4.00 P.M. Monday to Thursday and on Friday, from 2.00 P.M. until 3.00 P.M.
• Visa validity starts from the date of issue.
• Period of stay begins upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.
• Please complete the form in BLOCK CAPITALS, BLACK INK only.

Requirements for Saudi Arabia Work Permit

The following requirement should be submitted electronically through Your Saudi sponsor

• Applicants must have an authorization from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (obtained by their Sponsor in Saudi Arabia). Please note that, both Job title and Nationality must match the authorization received by the Consulate.
• Applicants should provide a Medical Report (form supplied by the Consulate) duly completed by a competent medical authority and authenticated by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office(Norfolk House (West), 237 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 2AH Tel: 01908 295 111). Applicants applying from the Republic of Ireland should legalize their medical report at the Irish Foreign Office in Dublin.
• Applicants should provide: a letter of introduction from the Sponsor in Saudi Arabia, copy of employment contract, copy of academic qualification certificates and C.V.
• If previously employed in Saudi Arabia, a letter of NO OBJECTION must be submitted.

Requirements for Saudi Arabia Umrah Visas

• Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
• Form (original only)
• 2 x Passport Sized Photographs (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background -IMPORTANT!

Special Notes: Please note that turnaround times are approximates and the embassy can sometimes take as long as 10 working days to issue a visa. The Saudi Embassy only accepts passports on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please bear in mind before any Visa application is made to the Saudi Arabian Embassy, MOFA needs to be applied for from the Ministry of Hajj, a minimum of 2 days must be put aside for this.
